Crown West buys Spectrasite Building

Petrus Partners and Crown West Realty Announce $125 Million Equity Fund
NEW YORK - Petrus Partners Ltd. and its operating subsidiary Crown West Realty, LLC announced today the closing of a $125 million real estate equity investment fund, Petrus Inventors 2005, LP. The goal of the fund is to acquire upwards of $500 million of office and industrial properties in select U.S. markets over the next three years. This represents Petrus Partners' second "value-added" discretionary investment fund since 2003.
