H. Fred Krimendahl II
Chairman of Petrus Partners Ltd., a New York-based private investment company. During his 34-year career with Goldman, Sachs & Co., a leading investment banking firm, Mr. Krimendahl served variously as a Member of the Management Committee, Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division (of which the Real Estate Department was a part), Chief Administrative Partner and Head of the Corporate Finance Department. He developed the firm's 370,000 square foot European headquarters building in London.
Mr. Krimendahl is presently a Senior Director of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Chairman of the Advisory Board of GSC Partners, a private investment firm. In addition, he has previously been a Director of eight publicly traded corporations. He is currently a Director and past President of the Philharmonic Symphony Society of New York, a Director Emeritus of
Lincoln
Center
for the Performing Arts, a Member of the James Madison Council of the U.S. Library of Congress, a Director of the Bridgehampton Chamber Music Associates and a Trustee of the Ohio State University Foundation.
Mr. Krimendahl graduated from
Ohio
State
University
and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and served in the U.S. Air Force.
Frank J. Walter III
President and a founding partner of Petrus Partners Ltd. and a present or past director or partner of numerous private companies and real estate partnerships. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Walter has been a principal in or investment banker for over $2 billion of acquisition, financing and sale transactions involving office, industrial, retail, hotel and multifamily properties throughout the U.S. Mr. Walter previously worked in the Real Estate Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and was a Principal with Centre Partners, the private equity investment partnership of Lazard Frères & Co.
Mr. Walter is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the Harvard Graduate School of Business, where he was a Baker Scholar, and served as a U.S. Navy officer at the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program Headquarters. He is a Trustee of the Montclair Art Museum, a Director of the Vanderbilt Alumni Association, and President of the Vanderbilt Navy ROTC Alumni Association.
Wesley C. Huang
Vice President and a partner of Petrus Partners Ltd. Mr. Huang has been an investor in numerous commercial real estate ventures as well as a principal in or advisor to companies in the retail, restaurant, media, manufacturing, industrial services and consumer product industries. During the past decade he has arranged scores of real estate mortgage financings with proceeds totaling over $250 million. Mr. Huang previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Bear, Stearns & Co. and subsequently at Adler & Shaykin, a New York-based private investment firm.
Mr. Huang is a graduate of both the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton Business School.
Richard D. Rollnick
President of Crown West Realty, L.L.C. In his more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he has been directly responsible for originating, financing, developing, marketing and managing over 10 million square feet of industrial, retail and office properties.
Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Rollnick served as President of Pentzer Development Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Avista Corporation). Former positions include president and key executive with several prominent commercial real estate development, investment banking and brokerage firms.
Mr. Rollnick is a Trustee of Washington State University's Center for Real Estate Research.
Mr. Rollnick graduated from Woodbury University and Pepperdine University Graduate School of Business and served in the U.S. Army.
