Richard D. Rollnick
President

Mr. Rollnick has overall executive responsibility for Crown West's operations including acquisitions, development, management, marketing and financial performance.

In his more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, he has been directly responsible for originating, financing, developing, marketing and managing over 10 million square feet of industrial, retail and office properties.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Rollnick served as President of Pentzer Development Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Avista Corporation). Former positions include president and key executive with several prominent national and regional commercial real estate development, investment banking and brokerage firms.

Mr. Rollnick is a Trustee of Washington State University's Center for Real Estate Research.

He graduated from Woodbury University and Pepperdine University Graduate School of Business.


Rob B. Gragg, CPM
Vice President and Asset Manager

Mr. Gragg has direct responsibility for the asset management of Crown West's extensive real estate portfolio, including the due diligence for and acquisition of improved properties, new land-development projects, and oversight of the company's development and construction activities.  He applies innovative yet practical operating approaches in assessing, coordinating, and resolving complex business, real estate, and construction management issues.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Gragg held executive positions with several major commercial real estate companies including BetaWest, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of USWest, Inc.) and Pentzer Development Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Avista Corp).  His wealth of experience includes asset management of every property type, development, acquisitions, syndication, receivership, and consulting.

A Certified Property Manager, Mr. Gragg is past President of both the Inland Northwest and New Mexico Chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management .  Mr. Gragg has also served as a State President, Certified Instructor and Registered Lobbyist for the National Apartment Association.


Robert D. Olshan
Vice President

Mr. Olshan has responsibility for directing the activities of the company's Phoenix-based Southwest Division, including the acquisition of improved properties, new land-development projects and construction management. He oversees due diligence, site planning, building design and the entitlement process. Mr. Olshan is also accountable for the ongoing management, leasing and performance of the Southwest Division's assets.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Olshan served as Development Manager and Asset Manager for the Phoenix-based office of Koll Development Company and for Artemis Realty Investments, where he participated in all facets of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and dispositions.

A member of the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Olshan is a graduate of the University of Redlands and holds dual Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Arizona State University.


Bryan C. Keller, CPA
Vice President of Finance
M
r. Keller oversees Crown West's financial management, accounting and reporting functions, as well as the company's human relations department. Additionally, he is responsible for financial analysis of potential acquisitions, joint-venture opportunities, and property development and construction projects.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Keller has over 18 years of experience in public and private accounting, tax analysis and financial reporting. He holds a CCIM designation and is a member of the American Institute and Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Keller is a graduate of Linfield College and Portland State University, where he earned a Masters of Taxation.


Dean Stuart
Director of Marketing

Mr. Stuart's chief function is the development and implementation of all Crown West marketing and leasing activities. Utilizing innovative marketing techniques he formulates effective programs that systematically identify new tenants and build-to-suit clients. Mr. Stuart is proactive in pursuing opportunities generated by economic development organizations, as well as sourcing business from the commercial brokerage community.

His ability to build results-oriented, cohesive marketing and leasing strategies stems from more than 15 years of management, marketing and sales experience.

Mr. Stuart is a graduate of Eastern Washington University.


Oliver Lawrence
Construction and Project Manager

Mr. Lawrence is responsible for construction and project management for Crown West's extensive real estate portfolio. He ensures that all capital projects, including new development, renovation, remodeling, infrastructure, and tenant improvements are delivered on time and within budget. His additional responsibilities include property management functions and tenant relations for nearly five million square feet of industrial, commercial and office space.

rior to joining the Crown West team, Mr. Lawrence spent 12 years in facilities, construction and property management with Telect Inc. and InfoWorld Media Group.  He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) pursuing the CPM designation.
