Crown West Realty Acquires $13.8 Million Scottsdale Office Building
Scottsdale, Ariz. - Crown West Realty LLC recently purchased the 66,283-square-foot Giant Industries Corporate Headquarters situated on 8.43 acres at 23733 N. Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale. Diversified Partners sold the two-story office building for $13.8 million. Crown West will team with LGE Design Build to develop a 60,000-square-foot office condominium development that is scheduled to break ground in January 2006.

Merlin Motors to move Valley assembly facility
Merlin Motors Inc., the young Renton, Wash.-based maker of Merlin Roadster three-wheel motorcycles, plans to move its Spokane Valley assembly facility into larger quarters as it ramps up production and prepares to release to consumers its high-end, high-performance trikes.
