Rob B. Gragg, CPM
Vice President and Asset Manager
Mr. Gragg has direct responsibility for the asset management of Crown West's extensive real estate portfolio, including the due diligence for and acquisition of improved properties, new land-development projects, and oversight of the company's development and construction activities.  He applies innovative yet practical operating approaches in assessing, coordinating, and resolving complex business, real estate, and construction management issues.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Gragg held executive positions with several major commercial real estate companies including BetaWest, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of USWest, Inc.) and Pentzer Development Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Avista Corp).  His wealth of experience includes asset management of every property type, development, acquisitions, syndication, receivership, and consulting.

A Certified Property Manager, Mr. Gragg is past President of both the Inland Northwest and New Mexico Chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management .  Mr. Gragg has also served as a State President, Certified Instructor and Registered Lobbyist for the National Apartment Association.


Robert D. Olshan
Vice President
Mr. Olshan has responsibility for directing the activities of the company's Phoenix-based Southwest Division, including the acquisition of improved properties, new land-development projects and construction management. He oversees due diligence, site planning, building design and the entitlement process. Mr. Olshan is also accountable for the ongoing management, leasing and performance of the Southwest Division's assets.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Olshan served as Development Manager and Asset Manager for the Phoenix-based office of Koll Development Company and for Artemis Realty Investments, where he participated in all facets of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and dispositions.

A member of the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Olshan is a graduate of the University of Redlands and holds dual Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Arizona State University.


Bryan C. Keller, CPA
Vice President of Finance
Mr. Keller oversees Crown West's financial management, accounting and reporting functions, as well as the company's human relations department. Additionally, he is responsible for financial analysis of potential acquisitions, joint-venture opportunities, and property development and construction projects.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Keller has over 19 years of experience in public and private accounting, tax analysis and financial reporting. He holds a CCIM designation and is a member of the American Institute and Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Keller is a graduate of Linfield College and Portland State University, where he earned a Masters of Taxation.


Dean Stuart, CCIM, SIOR
Director of Marketing
Mr. Stuart oversees the development and implementation of all Crown West marketing activities. In addition, he is responsible for the leasing activity of the 4.5 million square foot Spokane Business and Industrial Park. His ability to build results-oriented, cohesive marketing and leasing strategies stems from more than 20 years of management, marketing and sales experience.

Mr. Stuart is both a CCIM and SIOR designee and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.


Oliver Lawrence
Construction and Project Manager
Mr. Lawrence is responsible for construction and project management for Crown West's extensive real estate portfolio. He ensures that all capital projects, including new development, renovation, remodeling, infrastructure, and tenant improvements are delivered on time and within budget. His additional responsibilities include property management functions and tenant relations for nearly five million square feet of industrial, commercial and office space.

Prior to joining the Crown West team, Mr. Lawrence spent 12 years in facilities, construction and property management with Telect Inc. and InfoWorld Media Group.  He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) pursuing the CPM designation.

Will McKinney
Asset Manager, Southwest Division
Mr. McKinney's responsibilities include the asset management of Crown West's Arizona properties along with the due diligence and acquisition of new properties.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. McKinney was an asset manager with EastGroup Properties, a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, where he leased and managed industrial property and helped secure debt financing for over $150 million worth of properties throughout the country.

Mr. McKinney is a graduate of Rhodes College and the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Edward J. Gargiulo
Vice President
Mr. Gargiulo's responsibilities include the asset management of Crown West's East Coast properties along with the due diligence and acquisition of new properties.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Gargiulo was Director of Leasing for Tishman Speyer Properties where he was responsible for leasing over 7 million square feet of office space in midtown Manhattan and Connecticut with a transaction value that exceeded $500 million. Properties included Rockefeller Center, the Lipstick Building, 300 Park Avenue and 520 Madison Avenue. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Mr. Gargiulo worked within the Corporate Sponsorship group of the National Football League.

Mr. Gargiulo is a graduate of Brown University and the NYU Stern School of Business and is a Steering Committee Member of the Junior Associates of The Museum of Modern Art.


Kevin F. Richey
Vice President
Mr. Richey oversees Crown West's Colorado Division out of Denver and is accountable for the ongoing management and leasing of that Division's assets as well as due diligence and acquisition of new properties.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Richey was the Portfolio Manager for Columbine West, L.L.C., a Denver-based investment and management firm and before that a Managing Director for The Frederick Ross Company, a 115-year-old Colorado full-service brokerage firm. During the past 25 years, Mr. Richey has been involved in all facets of the industry including portfolio and construction management, accounting and acquisitions and he has negotiated over 500 leasing and sale transactions for a total value in excess of $100 million.

Mr. Richey attended the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Brett C. Sanders
Asset Manager, Colorado Division
Mr. Sanders' responsibilities include the asset management of Crown West's Colorado properties along with the due diligence and acquisition of new properties.

Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Sanders was a Senior Auditor with Deseret Management Corporation, a diversified private holding company based in Salt Lake City with subsidiaries in the financial services, publishing, broadcasting and property management industries. Mr. Sanders also worked with Nashville Capital Network, an early stage venture capital group.

Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management and the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
