The Spokane Business & Industrial Park in Spokane Valley this week announced three new tenants. Alliance Flooring Service Inc., which installs carpet and vinyl flooring, leased approximately 5,000 square feet in Building 101 of the park, 3808 N. Sullivan Rd., according to a news release.

Archway & Mother's Cookie Co. leased 1,514 square feet in Building 3 and Jaco Environmental Inc., which stores and dismantles appliances, leased about 3,200 square feet in Building 12.
